These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Football Talent Cloud website, application, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Football Talent Cloud, Inc. ("Football Talent Cloud," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. This document is provided for informational purposes and is intended to be a general example only.

Using the Services

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes, including compliance with any data protection or safeguarding obligations that apply to information about players, including minors, that you upload to the platform.

Subscriptions and Billing

Football Talent Cloud is offered on a subscription basis at $49 per user, per month, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Upload player, scouting, or personal data that you do not have the right to share
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or resell access to the Services without our consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services

Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, design, and content we provide (excluding data you upload), are owned by Football Talent Cloud or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your internal scouting and recruitment purposes.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

AI-generated scouting reports and recommendations are provided to assist, not replace, your own judgment and due diligence. The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Football Talent Cloud will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after any changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
